Oh, boy....... so much has gone on in the short amount of time that we have been back to Montana! About 8 weeks ago I started attending school to become a cosmetologist!

YAY! I'm so excited! teehheee! So that is why I really haven't gotten around to opening up the shop again.  I'm in school 5 days a weel from 8:30-5pm.... whooo!

I have been working on some things for some girls at school, but i have also started making a stockpile of

winter-wear.....(i.e. hats, scarves, cowls,ect.....)

and I have also made some super cute feather earrings  and crochet necklaces!

The only thing that is really taking time is to take my photos!

So, I will try to be better about updating on when I will re-open....

Oh, dear..... where has all the time gone?? I must apologize for my absence as of lately.  Things didn't turn out too great for us in Colorado.  We just weren't happy and the job market down there seriously sucks!  So we decided that heading back to Montana was the best choice.  So for the time being I have my shop closed until I can unpack my craft things and see what I have here! Hopefully I will be having a booth at the Farmers Market! We'll see!

Well, I don't have all of my pictures taken and edited, but I decided to open up shop with what I have! So there are only 10 items up, but there will be a lot more!

Well, I won't be able to open today....... =[
Story of my life! haha.... I pretty much only use natural light to take my pictures and today has been very difficult in that department. Its been super cloudy and grey..... at the moment there is no sunlight. Just loom and gloom. Its supposed to rain the next couple of days so right now I'm not going to post an opening date. The first chance I get some sunshine, pictures will be taken! I will keep you informed!!

Today...

Wow.... I sure have a long day ahead of me! And its already 1 o'clock! Like I said yesterday, I managed to fix my computer(yay!) But then I couldn't find my camera....found it this morning, but the batteries were dead! Finally got batteries, so now I have to put finishing touches on some things....take and edit pictures and hopefully get everything up and running tonight! I'm pretty confident that I can accomplish all of this, I just have to work my butt off!

YAY!!!! I fixed my computer! I'm pretty sure I'll be able to open the shop up tomorrow!! =]

I want to know about my readers...What are your likes and dislikes?? Here's some of mine:
▪ I'm a stay at home mom to my amazing 2 year old twin boys.

▪ I pretty much only wear flats (even in the winter!!!)

▪ One of my favorite times of the day is right when I wake up and the sun is shining through the window onto my bed.

▪ I require atleast one cup of coffee a day.
▪ I HATE onions....they make me gag uncontrollably!

▪ I love floral fabric and prints.
▪ I really like brussel sprouts.
▪ I love to read.
▪ I bite my nails.....no matter how hard I try not to.
▪ I really want to grow my hair out, but it never seems to happen!
▪ I love foxes, wolves, deer, squirrels, birds....pretty much any forest animal.
▪ I love lilacs.
▪ I'm not ashamed to admit that I love the smell of patchouli.

Yep, its the 11th and my computer is still not working! Boo! I feel like I'm never going to get my shop back up!!!! =[

No, I mustn't think like that ..hehe... I should he getting my computer fixed in the next couple of days. So Im giving myself ONE more week! I WILL be back on the 18th!!!!

On an other note, today I made quite the treat.... homemade apricot and raspberry (not mixed) poptarts. They were soooooo yummy! [And so much more tasty than the boxed ones!!!]  The picture is of one of the apricot ones.

Well... If its not one thing.... It's another!! Haha. I'm almost done getting the craft house organized and my computer screen goes belly up! So, until I get it fixed, I can't get any of my new pictures or my shop up =[ luckily I'm able to at least update my blog from my phone!

Latest hat I crocheted..... Hats like this and more will be in the shop when its re-opened!! Knitting and crocheting is so relaxing! And I'm constantly amazed how so many neat things can be made from a series of knots!

Well, I don't think I'll be able to make my deadline of having the shop up and running by tomorrow.

Super sad about it!!! I have my office about half way put away..... but its been difficult because my office isn't connected to the house! Its actually a spare little "cottage" that we have in our back yard. So, I've been going in there a little bit each day when I take the boys outside to play...... BUT! Having 2 two year olds running around outside doesn't work out so well if I'm not watching them!!! I'm going to try to shoot for another two weeks [ April 11th]..... Let's cross our fingers that i will be able to get everything put away!! hehe =D

On another note...... I've been in a crazy baking mood! I don't know why, but for the last week all I've wanted to do was bake bread! So far I've made a cinnamon swirl bread, English muffin bread, and a chiabatta bread..... I didn't manage to snap a picture of the chiabatta bread..... but I did get pictures of the other two:

They turned out really well..... I definitaley have some minor tweaking to do, but they still were yummy!! On the agenda for this week? Blueberry muffins, strawberry peach muffins, and loaves of whole wheat bread!!!

Japan

I donated to the Red Cross today. Every little bit helps....My thoughts and love go out to all those in Japan and anyone else who were, are, or will soon be affected by the earthquakes and tsunami. Pray for help, survival, and the safety of all during the next couple of months for all those in Japan and all those who have loved ones there.

I LOVE spring! This year we will be taking full advantage of our giant backyard to have a garden!! I've always wanted to grow my own veggies and herbs, but its so difficult when you are doing apartment living! Thanks to our WONDERFUL sun porch, I will be able to start some of my plants indoors and keep fresh herbs around all year!

Gah! I just can't get over how well this day has gone! Definitely a good birthday! Woke up at 7 (yea I know, little early but I've really started to enjoy early mornings!), gave the boys some breakfast, made myself a cup of coffee and had a super yummy turtle brownie!! The boys even went down for a nap at like 10 so I was able to have a couple of hours to crochet and order some new yarn *yay!*

BREAK OUT THE BUBBLY!

Oh, I'm so excited! Yesterday was Jose's last day of work! Now we can get started on packing everything up and getting out of here! These next couple of weeks are going to be crazy busy, but it will be totally worth it!

Well as sad as I am to say it, I am going to have to close the shop for about a month and a half. We have so much going on at the moment! We are trying to get everything ready for our big move to Colorado. So we are trying to juggle packing up everything
(which is almost impossible with 2 two-year-olds!!)
I'm planning on re-opening at the end of February. Although, I do plan on trying to keep everything up to date on here.

Wow, I can't believe another year has
gone by! It seems so crazy!

I really wish I was better about keeping everything
